Support Video Call

If you’d like more detailed support for products no longer under warranty, that is available via a paid support call. After completing this purchase, we will reply in your existing ticket with a booking link to use for scheduling your Zoom call. When the time for your call arrives, please:

• Be with your van and have a strong internet connection. 
• Join the Zoom meeting with your phone so we can easily see exactly what you see.
• Have all necessary tools and supplies ready — we’ll let you know exactly what’s needed ahead of time.

You can reschedule your session if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice via your support ticket.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee — no refunds.
